Should unforeseen incidents occur, or should you need help and none of your technical staff is available, you are welcome to have TelemaxX's staff assist you with various tasks or on-site tests in the data centre.

What tasks can we do for you?

  • Data carrier handling, data carrier change – e.g. backup
  • Status check of client systems for external integrity
  • Console inputs
  • Patch work
  • Further tasks after consultation and upon client instruction

Billing is on a time-basis at fixed hourly rates.
